Here are some items you need to get in Old School Runescape for main accounts. These items are vital for your OSRS experience, so you should work towards them as soon as possible.

Barrows Gloves

To get this item is a significant achievement. They are useful because you can use them as bis melee gloves. They are also really cheap as you can get them for only 100,000. They are also bis range gloves.

You can unlock the Barrows Gloves by accomplishing Recipe for Disaster quest. You also use these gloves a lot in the game for both range and melee. They are versatile gloves too. For the Recipe for Disaster, you need to have at least 175 quest points.

Fire Cape

The fire cape is also a melee item. It is a bis melee item too. You can unlock it through completing the fight caves. You use this item like the barrows gloves when grinding with melee. You obtain it by killing Jad, who is the final boss. Killing Jad is not hard after you have done it a couple of times, but for first time players, you might find this task difficult. This cape enhances your PvM by a lot, so it worth getting.

Fighter Torso

The fighter torso is also a melee item. It is a melee torso, and it is probably the best-med level body. You also use this item for PvP, and it can also help you save cash. This item is good to be used with the fire cape and also the barrows gloves.

You can unlock the fighter torso by doing a mini-game called Barbarian Assault. To get the fighter torso, you must obtain 375 points in all roles in Barbarian Assault and kill the queen at least once. You may do this in just 45 minutes, though if you get lucky but it can take hours if you are unlucky.

Slayer Helmet

You need the slayer helmet as it will give you a boost with a slayer. When killing monsters on a slayer task, you get a 16.6% damage boost. The slayer helmet also gives magic and range bonus.

Rune Pouch

A rune pouch is not really that needed, but this is a great item to have as it gives you additional space for your inventory. It can hold your runes in which you can have three types of runes with a maximum of 16,000 runes. It is helpful in PvM as well as money-making. You can unlock it through 1,250 slayer points or 1,200,000 bounty hunter points depending on your preference. With this, a rune pouch is easy to obtain.

Full Void

You can obtain this from a mini-game called pest control. The full void gives you a boost when it comes to DPS when you attack monsters, and it also boosts your bossing meta. It is good in both late and early game. It has six pieces. You can purchase all of these pieces for 1,250 pest control points.

You should also get this item early on as it would be really useful for you in your early game and even as you play for a long time, because of its 10% damage boost in damage/accuracy for melee and ranged one and the mage one offers 45% magic accuracy.

Graceful

The full graceful is an item that you can get if you do agility. The full graceful save your run energy. It also allows you to carry a lot. You also gain 30% of run energy with the full graceful that enables you to move rapidly. You can unlock it through 260 marks of grace. This is useful in quests, farming, and other activities that you always move or run in.

Imbued God Capes

This is an item that is good for magic. It gives you a magic boost, and you can obtain it from a miniquest called mage arena 2. You also need to have magic of 75 to get it. This is also a bis mage cape.

Imbued Rings

You can get these imbued rings for 200,000 up to 14,000,000, which depends on the imbued ring that you want to get. There are many imbued rings available.
