Otherworldly Beings are not particularly challenging to kill for the Slayer task if you come prepared and know what to bring along. They are not aggressive, and they do not do poison damage. They have 66 hit points, and their max hit is 8. You will get this task early as you only need Slayer level 1. Besides the slayer points, you can also get some interesting drops such as the Mithril mace, runes, and most commonly Grimy Guam leaves but they can drop all other types of leaves in the game.

Otherworldly Beings Location

There is only one location in which you can farm Otherworldly beings. They can be found on the south side of the bank in Zanaris. The easiest way to get to Zanaris is with the Fairy ring code BKS. Or just right-click the fairy ring and select Zanaris.

Once you get to Zanaris, walk south. A path will take you to an enclosed area that looks like a room with several trees around. You will find the Otherworldly beings in that area.

Inventory

Ranged Gear. You can safespot Otherworldly beings. Also, they are melee only thus it is a bit easier to use ranged. You can also use a melee attack style but ranged works better here.

Food. You will want to have some food to manage your hit points without bank too often.

How To Kill Otherworldly Beings

Otherworldly beings are not difficult to kill. The ideal way is to use the ranged gear. You can also do it with melee but ranged is better since you can safespot. Ideally, you will want to attack one Otherworldly being at a time. They are not aggressive meaning that you will need to initiate the attack.

To safespot them, you need to run around the small puddle of water in the middle of the room. Try to find a spot where you are on the opposite side and the Otherwordly being is stuck and not moving towards you. It may take a bit of practice but it is not that difficult.
