Here is a guide on how to get a Bulter for your player-owned house. Without further ado, let’s start.

Getting There

First, you’ll want to set up two bedrooms with normal beds. Nothing else is needed once you have that; you’ll teleport to Ardougne.

Once there you’re there, head north. If you’re coming from the north bank, just walk across the store from the bottom bank and then north and a little bit east. 

At this point, there should be a building where you can acquire butlers. There are all different types of people who can serve you here.

Choosing Your Butler

The one I’d go for is the Demon Butler or the Butler. The Butler gets you 20 prime items for your bank or 20 logs taken to the sawmill. 

The Demon Butler is better, but instead of 5k money for butler it’s 10k money for Demon butler, but you get 26 planks. But you can make some of that money back using the extra planks he gets you, depending on what you are doing.

You need 50 construction for the Demon Butler.
