There is no reason why you should not farm Hespori. The Hespori is a sporadic boss in the form of a carnivorous plant that you have to grow and has a humanoid shape. It is relatively easy to kill and it awards 12,600 farming XP, anima seeds, and a few other valuable drops.

Where You Can Plant Hespori Seeds

If you are not familiar with this mini-boss, the Hespori seed can be planted in the Hespori patch found in the west wing of the Farming Guild. In theory, you can kill the Hespori every 22 to 32 hours. This is how much it takes for a Hespori seed to grow depending on when it was planted. You need level 65 farming to enter the area and plant the seed. You also need 60% Hosidius favor.

Hespori seeds can be obtained in several ways. The most lucrative way to get Hespori seeds is to use seed packs. They have a 5 in 44 chance to award you a Hespori seed. Mathematically, the chance of getting a seed is 11.35% which is about 1 out of 10 seed packs.

You get seed packs as awards for completing farming contracts. Most players focus on farming seed packs because they can contain rare and valuable seeds that can be sold to other players for a decent profit. Giant Seaweed

Giant Seaweed has a 1 in 15 or 6.67% chance of awarding a Hespori seed. This chance is calculated on the final harvest.

You will not get a Hespori seed until you get to the final harvest which means you do not get a Hespori seed for every 15 Gian Seaweed yielded. Practically, you get a Hespori seed for every Giant Seaweed that you harvest entirely. Farming Giant Seaweed should be profitable as it is required for Ironman. You can sell the seaweed for a profit.

Harvesting Herbs, Hops, Allotment Patches

Hespori seeds also have a chance to drop while farming regular herbs, flowers, hops, trees, etc. Patches that have a check health stage can have a chance to award a Hespori seed during that stage.

If they do not have a check health option, they have a chance to award a Hespori seed during the final harvest, similarly to the Giant Seaweed method.
