Servant

In this game, you can hire a servant who will bring items back from the bank so that you can stay in your house or building mode. You need to have 2 rooms in your house, one for you and one for your servant. Servants only accept money directly from your inventory or out of the servant’s money bag, which can be built at level 58. There are several types of servants, and all the pre-level 40 servants are not much help to you. Apart from that, you can hire:

  • Butler – Get him at level 40, will bring 20 items back in 8 trips for 5000 GP
  • Demon butler – Get him at level 50, will bring 26 items back in 8 trips for 10000 GP

Quests

You have a total of 8 quests that you can get XP. You will get a total of 33750 XP. The lists are as follows

Construction information and location

For construction, you need to have a house, and there are 2 methods. You need a parlor, kitchen, and dining room for the first method. For the second method, you must have a parlor, kitchen, dining room, and dungeon. Your default house will be at Remmington, but you can also get them in Taverley, Hosidious, Relika, and Priffidinas.

Cheap method

Level 1 to 19

At this level, you will need a parlor. You will construct a crude wooden chair; the items needed are a hammer, nails, planks, saw, and iron. You will need 400 nails and 138 planks. You can make 69 chairs and get 3973 XP. Time spent is 30 to 45 minutes, and the cost will be 50 to 60k.

Level 19 to 33

At this level, you will need a parlor. You will construct an oak chair; the items needed are a hammer, oak, planks, and a saw. You will need 238 planks. You can make 119 chairs and get 14245 XP. Time is 1 to 1.5 hours, and the cost will be 95 to 105k.

Level 33 to 74

At this level, you will need a kitchen. You will construct an oak larder; the items needed are a hammer, oak, planks, and a saw. You will need 17968 planks. You can make 2246 larders and get 1078031 XP. Time spent is 5 to 7 hours, and the cost will be 7.4 to 7.6 million.

Level 74 to 99

At this level, you will need a dungeon. You will construct oak dungeon doors; the items needed are a hammer, oak, planks, and a saw. You will need 198970 planks. You can make 19897 larders and get 11938153 XP. Time spent is 26 to 40 hours, and the cost will be 80 to 85.5 million.

Expensive method

Level 1 to 19

Level 33 to 52

At this level, you will need a kitchen. You will construct an oak larder; the items needed are a hammer, oak, planks, and a saw. You will need 1760 planks. You can make 220 larders and get 105386 XP. Time spent is 1 to 2 hours, and the cost will be 730 to 770k 

Level 52 to 99

At this level, you will need a dining room. You will construct a mahogany table and the items needed are a hammer, saw, and mahogany planks. You will need 92214 planks and make 15369 tables for a total XP of 12910771. Time spent is 18 to 22 hours and will cost 201 to 205 million.

Other methods

You can also build a mystical cape rack to 99, but you must have dragon slayer 2 done. You also can build teak garden benches which are pretty quick and cheap.

Method 2

Level 53 to 82 (mahogany table and minimum mouse use)

In this guide, we will be making mahogany tables from levels 53 to 82 in a fast way and with minimum mouse movement. You will need a dining room, and you can use your keyboard to click on the dialogue option and not use the mouse.

You right-click build, press number 6 for the mahogany table, right-click to remove, and press 1 to confirm. You can use the Runescape tracker to track your total XP and timer to check how much time you have spent. Talk to the butler and send him away when you have enough plank to build two more tables, and don’t wait until the last minute. You will make around 620K in just 1 hour spent. To get to 90, you need to build an ornate rejuvenation pool that will give you about 2.1 million XP using 16k planks.

Method 3

Level 66 (teak garden benches)

In this method, you will be making teak garden benches. It will start at level 66 construction For this. You need your demon butler who can bring 24 teak plank per 8 trips. You just need to press right and left and then 1. Sometimes you will need to build the fence space, so it will take some work. In total, you will get 330k XP per hour in this semi-AFK method
