Konar

Konar the Hunter (Konar quo Maten) is a Slayer Master located in Mount Karuulm’s Kahlith village.

To receive a slayer task from Konar, you must have a combat level of 75+. The quickest way to reach her is to use Rada’s gift 3 or 4 teleports, transporting you immediately to Mount Karuulm’s summit.

Konar Location

Konar is in the northwest section of Zeah’s Kebos plains on Mount Karuulm. The quickest ways to reach her is Rada’s gift 3, fairy code C·I·R or a talent necklace teleporting to the farming guild. If you have 29|62 agility, you can take the shortest path and use the agility shortcuts to ascend to the peak’s summit after you arrive.

 If not, race around the trail to the mountain’s backside and up the middle to the summit. She’ll be waiting for you with a slew of new tasks and a tremendous quantity of points, coming in second only to Krystalia (Wilderness Master) with an incredible 18 points per task!

Konar Slayer Points Per Task

• 18 points per task 
• 90 points for every 10th task
• 270 points for every 50th task
• 450 points for every 100th task
• 630 for every 250th task
• 900 for every 1000th task

Only slayer substitutes that belong to the same monster type will be allowed by Konar. Here are some examples:

• A blue dragon assignment does not include Vorkath.
• You cannot slay a lizardman shaman in the absence of a lizardman.

Brimstone Keys

While doing slayer tasks with Konar there’s a chance of dropping brimstone keys. A key used to unlock the chest next to Konar has an average worth of roughly 93k. The dropping monster’s fighting level determines the likelihood of receiving a key from a drop. It also increases by 20% if the designated monster has a level that must be met to be slain.

Konar Specific Monsters

In addition to previous monsters, new monsters released with the Kebos Lowlands update, such as Hydra, Alchemical Hydra, Drake, and Wyrm OSRS, can be assigned as a Slayer assignment by Konar.

Hydra: Hydra can be found in the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon and takes a level 95 Slayer to kill. However, if you have 95 slayer, you may want to go ahead and kill Alchemical Hydra because it pays out roughly 170 000 for each kill.

The Dragon Hunter lance is created by combining the drops of strong gauntlets, OSRS, Hydra leather, and the Hydra claw.

Drake: To slay, you’ll need to be a level 84 slayer.
